Responses are due by December 2, 2024, and the VA intends to award the BES contract during the final year of the current Benefits Integration and Development (BID) contract to allow for a 6-month transition period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services.
