This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price contract as a 100% small business set-aside, under the authority of FAR 13.003(b)(1). The proposed contract action is to procure services to install new griddles and proofing cabinets that require modification to the existing food service lines to accommodate the new equipment in support of the USS Bataan (LHD-5). In order to match the construction contract installed sinks toughout the facility. • Spray Master Technologies model SMT-600PE 300-5113 Portable Pressure Washer (Clean/Sanitizing Machine). The Portable Pressure Washer is required to connect to the Central Pressure Washer System / infrastructure currently being supplied within the construction contract equipment. • Continental Refrigerator model D3RNSS Reach-in Refrigerator, 3-Section. The reach-in refrigerator is being supplied to match the other reach-in refrigeration provided under the construction contract. • Continental Refrigerator model DL3F-SS Reach-in Freezer, 3-Section. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and another written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026321Q0037 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The Source Selection procedures are in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2), Price and Other Factors. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect tough Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 and DFARS Publication 20210709.
