About this vehicle
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command awarded this 8(a)-set-aside IDIQ to perform multiple facility support services across Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah through July 31, 2026, with ordering authority expiring in approximately two weeks. The vehicle has a shared ceiling of $99 million and was established August 1, 2021, as a five-year multiple-award contract.
Ordering velocity has slowed sharply; the vehicle generated one task order in 2026 year-to-date (as of April 2026), down from 13 orders in 2025 and 14 in 2024. With the July 31, 2026 ordering deadline imminent, new task-order awards are unlikely. The portfolio shows 53 total task orders with a combined potential value of $123.3 million, of which $69.8 million (57%) has been obligated, indicating substantial remaining capacity on awarded orders.
Work spans recurring facility maintenance—janitorial, grounds maintenance, custodial services, HVAC and mechanical maintenance, pest control, and equipment repair—alongside non-recurring facility investment. Recent orders demonstrate the vehicle's actual usage: a $31.4 million custodial and grounds maintenance contract at Naval Base Point Loma; a $9.8 million recurring services task order for Marine Forces; a $15 million Navy-wide facility investment order; and smaller specialized tasks such as training tank repairs, grease trap services, and generator maintenance across multiple installations.
Chugach Consolidated Solutions dominates the vehicle, holding 26 of 53 awards representing $79.2 million (64%) of combined potential value. Claxton/LTS JV holds 11 orders for $24.6 million, and KGJJ Engineering Solutions holds 15 orders for $19.5 million. The long tail is minimal; a single additional small-business awardee holds $500 in potential value.
Customer demand clusters heavily within Naval Facilities Engineering Command (23 orders, $77.6 million), Marine Corps (13 orders, $28.2 million), and Navy Installations Command (12 orders, $8.6 million). These three account for roughly 96% of all task orders.
The actual task-order set-aside mix diverges from the vehicle's 8(a)-set-aside structure. Competitive 8(a) awards comprise 66% of orders (35 total), unrestricted awards comprise 32% (17 orders), and total small business represents 2% (1 order). Task-order values range from $351 to $31.4 million, with multi-year option structures extending performance through 2029 on select orders.
Performance concentrates at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Naval Base San Diego, Naval Air Station Lemoore, and other California installations, though the vehicle spans the six-state AOR.
