This procurement is intended to award a multiple award construction contract (MACC) for construction, renovation/modernization work, and routine repair/maintenance work by method of construction at various Federal or Military facilities and installations on Guam and outlying areas in the Pacific. This MACC will be an indefinite quantity task order contract with a five-year performance period, in the order of ten awardees, total estimated contract value of $150 million and a task order range of $250,000 to $5 million. This requirement is set-aside for eligible 8(a) small business concerns. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and annual size standard is $45 million. A one-time site visit is scheduled on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., Guam time, at Harbor View/Bay View Housing, Naval Base Guam. Participants must meet promptly at the designated entrance to Harbor View/Bay View Housing. Requests for base access to attend the site visit must be submitted electronically to Sylvia R. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to 8(a) contractors. The North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. It has been determined that competition will be limited to all 8(a) contractors across the nation. This acquisition consists of one solicitation with the intent to award up to 10 construction contracts. The work to be acquired under this contract is construction, renovation/modernization, and routine repair/maintenance work at various federal or military facilities and installations on Guam and the outlying areas in the Pacific over the next five years. The scope of work may include new construction, and involve limited or modified engineering and design to include basis of design, drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations. The resulting contracts will be indefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed-price task orders to be issued during the contract period of 60 months. The minimum guarantee is $10,000 for the life of each contract. The maximum aggregate dollar value for all awarded contracts is $150 million. Award will be made to the responsible Offerors whose offers conform to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered.
