Pearl Interactive Network, Inc. was awarded a $17.7 million delivery order against its Multiple Award Schedule contract with the General Services Administration to provide Provider Support Service Center support services to the Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources and Services Administration. This delivery order was set aside for small businesses. Under the delivery order, Pearl Interactive Network will operate the Provider Support Service Center to support beneficiaries, employees, and citizens in HRSA programs through multi-channel contact center services. Previously, Pearl Interactive Network performed $3 million in delivery orders against its GSA MAS contract to operate the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Programs and Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program hotlines for HRSA. Pearl Interactive Network is a certified HUBZone small business that specializes in consultative contact center support for healthcare and civilian agencies.
