About the company

Warcollar Industries, LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Reston, Virginia, operates as a prime contractor providing defense R&D prototyping, cybersecurity staffing, and multi-domain missile defense systems engineering to the Department of Defense and General Services Administration. The vendor holds SBA certifications as both a Veteran-Owned Small Business and SDVOSB through September 18, 2027, and competes in full-and-open procurement with no set-aside restrictions across its current federal footprint.

Warcollar's recent award portfolio reflects early-stage engagement across defense innovation and federal IT staffing. The vendor holds a seat on the Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) multiple-award IDIQ, a $151 billion MDA contract effective January 21, 2026 through December 28, 2035, designed to support research and development, prototyping, systems engineering, and modernization for multi-domain ballistic and missile defense. Warcollar received an initial SHIELD delivery order of $500 as of January 21, 2026. The vendor also completed a $438,835 Other Transaction Agreement with the Army Space and Missile Defense Command for a DOPESCOPE prototype, awarded March 10, 2023 and completed March 13, 2024. Separately, Warcollar holds a $500,000 GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract under the Federal Supply Schedule for Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services, awarded April 25, 2025 through April 24, 2030, offering 15 cybersecurity labor categories with hourly rates ranging from approximately $119 to $215.

Customer concentration is currently distributed across three agencies: the DOD Missile Defense Agency (2 awards, $500 combined potential value), the Department of the Army Space and Missile Defense Command ($439,000), and the GSA Federal Acquisition Service ($500,000). The vendor operates exclusively as a prime contractor with no subcontract footprint in the source data. Total combined potential value across all awards stands at $939,000, with $439,000 obligated as of the reporting date. Activity accelerated recently — one award in 2023, one in 2025, and two in 2026 — positioning Warcollar early in what appears to be a ramp on the SHIELD vehicle and federal cybersecurity staffing services.

SBA capabilities narrative

WarCollar Industries was established in 2015 and supports government and commercial clients. Our unique name is derived from our CEO's presentation at the DEF CON 22 hacking conference, wherein he described how he took a microcontroller and added GPS, WiFi, battery, storage, etc and put it in a form factor such that it would fit inside a cat collar. He then put it on a cat and let it wander around Washington DC doing WiFi scanning.

Our core competencies include cybersecurity and intelligence analysis. We have a long history of supporting real-time government mission sets and have received multiple awards and recognitions for our efforts. We offer a Compromised Credentials Database service where concerned organizations can determine if their important usernames and passwords have been compromised. We also have the capability to design and deliver small form-factor, requirements-tailored IoT device solutions to our customers with cyber-related field applications.
