About this opportunity
The Maryland State Retirement Agency is requesting quotes for Workiva Software Integrator professional services to support quarterly interim financial reporting implementation under RFQ SRA 26-03, with quotes due June 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. via eMMA. Vendors must be approved Workiva partners and may be required to provide a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer or distributor.
The scope encompasses configuring quarterly financial statements using existing Annual Comprehensive Financial Report scripts and logic, implementing conditional formatting to highlight year-over-year variances, and providing knowledge transfer and training to Finance staff. The vendor will also deliver ongoing, as-needed technical support, report maintenance, system enhancements, user support, advisory guidance, and accessibility compliance assistance for both the Workiva financial reporting module and the Government, Risk and Compliance solution through the contract term.
Pricing is fixed hourly rates across two components: Quarterly Financial Statement Setup at a not-to-exceed rate of 40 hours, and Ad-Hoc Support/Training with a not-to-exceed limit of 125 hours for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and 175 hours for July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028. The contract runs from June 15, 2026 through June 30, 2028. Award goes to the responsible vendor submitting the lowest responsive quote. Quotes must remain valid for 90 days after the due date.
The vendor must accept the State's standard terms and conditions, provide vendor agreements in Word format for legal review, and comply with the State Finance and Procurement Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland. An electronic transaction fee equal to one percent of the total invoiced amount applies; contractors must remit this fee no later than 45 calendar days after each reporting period and incorporate it into unit prices rather than charging it separately.
