The project increases parking capacity from 65 to 74 spaces while maintaining ADA compliance (increasing accessible spaces from 3 to 4). One-way access to the book drop must remain open; the main rear parking lot will close to the public during construction with temporary signage directing parking to St. Paul's. The contractor must maintain emergency egress lanes and protect library windows.
