About this opportunity
The New Mexico Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is conducting an emergency procurement for Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) services from Appriss Insights, LLC. This procurement is necessary to ensure continuity of critical life-and-safety victim notification services across multiple state departments, including in Santa Fe County and Santa Fe City. The contract will cover VINE services, SMA, and Spanish VINELink statewide, including 24-hour live operator services, multiple language support, 24-hour helpdesk support, data monitoring, notifications via various channels, and web support for victims' services. This emergency procurement is required due to a procurement protest filed against a previous sole source procurement attempt. The contract term is for six months, from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, with a value of $216,860.82, plus $10,571.97 in estimated gross receipts tax.
This emergency procurement is intended to mitigate the disruption of these essential victim notification services while the procurement process is resolved. The Department of Information Technology and the State Purchasing Division will implement guidance from the State Purchasing Division on the procurement of VINE services following the review and determination of the procurement protest, to prevent the need for future emergency procurements under similar circumstances. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond, and no information is provided about any incumbent vendors or existing infrastructure.
