Proposers must submit a comprehensive HUB Subcontracting Plan, which is a mandatory component of the bid submission, with potential disqualification for incorrect or incomplete documentation. The initial contract term is three years, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms. While no specific budget range is explicitly stated, the RFP requires detailed pricing information, including hourly rates for all team members, with rates to remain firm throughout the contract term. The university does not guarantee a specific volume of services or compensation, and the contract will cover 50 reserved parking spaces on the upper floor of an adjacent parking garage. Vendors must provide comprehensive insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, business auto liability, and umbrella/excess liability insurance, reflecting the complex administrative and medical environment of the service.
