About this opportunity
The University of Georgia is requesting proposals for Human Research Protection Program software, with proposals due August 7, 2026.
The procurement will establish a one-year initial contract with four annual renewals available at UGA's sole discretion. Product demonstrations are mandatory and will be required as part of the evaluation process; the number of vendors invited to demonstrate will be determined by a logical break in technical scores from mandatory question submissions.
Award will be made to the highest-scoring responsive proposal with which UGA reaches agreement on contract terms and conditions. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate. Following evaluation of all responses received by the closing date and any subsequent negotiations, preliminary results including participating supplier names and evaluation results will be publicly announced, subject to the protest process before final award.
