About this opportunity

The Wyoming Department of Administration and Information's Purchasing Section is soliciting bids on behalf of the Wyoming Game & Fish Department for two Ford F-550 diesel trucks, with bids due November 13, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Preference will be given under W.S. 9-2-3204(b)(iv)(G), which requires resident certification numbers to be obtained by the bid due date, and award is contingent upon verification of a Resident Certification Number if applicable.

Eligibility requires licensed dealers franchised with the manufacturer under the Wyoming Motor Vehicle Franchise Act, and the manufacturer must maintain a Wyoming servicing dealer capable of warranty repairs, service work, and factory recalls. Each truck is a Ford XL Super Duty with 19,550 GVWR, SuperCab configuration, dual rear wheels, four-wheel drive, and a 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 diesel rated at 430 horsepower and 950 pound-feet of torque. Bidders must install State-supplied telematics equipment before delivery. Delivery goes to Cody, Wyoming, with transportation prepaid. Vehicles must arrive dealer-prepped, fully assembled, serviced, and ready to operate, with a 30-day temporary license permit when designated.

Bids must price each vehicle and state delivery cost separately. Payment is processed within forty-five days after invoice submission and final delivery, under Wyoming Statute 16-6-602. Payment requires a Wyoming Certificate of Title issued to the State of Wyoming, two copies of itemized invoices or factory line setting tickets referencing the State Agency Purchase Order number, and a window sticker. Award goes to the most responsive and responsible bid as determined by the requesting agency, and multiple awards may result. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Questions must be submitted individually through Public Purchase by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on November 6, 2026. Bids must be fully uploaded through Public Purchase by the November 13 deadline, as incomplete uploads lock the system and are deemed non-responsive. Bids sent by email or paper may be rejected, and bidders may alter or withdraw bids before the deadline.
