About this opportunity
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking responses from individuals and organizations that can deliver training to professional adults working in a child welfare setting and develop curriculum in the field of child welfare as well as in areas that support child welfare. The awarded contractors may serve as trainers, co-trainers, training consultants, or curriculum developers, with responsibilities including providing expert content and practice knowledge, collaborating with other trainers, supporting training coordination and organization, and designing standardized training curriculum. The contract has an initial term of up to 3 years, with 2 options to renew for up to 3 years each, for a total potential duration of up to 9 years. The anticipated total expenditures over the potential 9-year contract are approximately $4.70M, and federal funds may be used to fund part or all of the resulting contracts.
The Commonwealth requires bidders to offer prompt payment discounts and submit a Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) Plan, identifying the percentage of contract sales that will be spent with certified SDP partners. Prime bidders that are themselves certified as an M/WBE, M/WNPO, VBE, or SDVOBE must submit the SDP Plan Form but may not list themselves or their affiliates as SDP partners. The Commonwealth will contact the provided business references to confirm the bidder's abilities and qualifications. No additional details are provided regarding set-asides, incumbent vendors, or technology integration requirements.
