Estimated annual usage ranges from 20 to 1,000 units per configuration. Compatible sign stands must accompany the signs.
Pricing is per-unit on the County's standard price sheet (Attachment F), F.O.B. destination with freight charges priced separately and excluding California sales/use tax and Federal excise tax. Net payment terms are Net 60 days from receipt and acceptance of invoices. Delivery is required within 14–21 days of purchase order receipt, Monday through Thursday, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The contract term is one year from the date of award, with the County intending to award to one or more responsive and responsible bidders offering the best value.
