About this opportunity

The Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget is requesting bids on printing 50,000 three-part carbonless TR-9 Scrap Vehicle Inventory Forms with bids due August 18, 2026. Only vendors prequalified with the State of Michigan Print & Mail Management program are eligible.

The scope requires manufacturing landscape-oriented forms measuring 11 inches by 8.5 inches on 16-pound white carbonless stock, padded with 35 sets per pad (1,150 total pads) and packaged 10 pads per carton (115 total packages). Sequential numbering in red at 14 points or 3/16 inches, from SD 2652531 through SD 2692780, is required in the upper right corner. All parts must carry a shaded background with a pantograph "VOID" marking in PMS-469 Brown. The state will provide an electronic file; vendors must submit one PDF proof for approval prior to production. Cartons must be clearly labeled with content title, purchase order number, quantity per package, and weight, with a 30-pound maximum per box. Pallets must be stacked with lowest sequential numbers on top, and vendors must provide a list of any missing numbers.

Bids must include a detailed quote letter and be submitted online; failure to provide itemized pricing documentation results in disqualification. All shipments are F.O.B. Destination, prepaid, to the General Services Building dock at 7461 Crowner Drive, Lansing, Michigan 48913 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., excluding holidays). The department awards based on best price and value to the state, not lowest bid alone. Standard Michigan contract terms apply, including a 45-day payment cycle via Electronic Funds Transfer through the SIGMA VSS system, state ownership of all deliverables, and vendor responsibility for corrections within 10 calendar days at vendor expense.
