Equipment must be new and in current production with a minimum two-year Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Available funding is $329,581; the State intends to purchase the greatest length of trash boom possible within this budget. Award will be made on an "All or None" basis to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest total cost. Delivery is required within 180 calendar days after receipt of order. Pricing must be quoted F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid, including all engineering, manufacturing, freight, packaging, insurance, delivery, and hardware.
