Insurance requirements include general liability coverage with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and automobile liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence ($2,000,000 if transporting non-employee passengers). The contract term is a maximum of five years beginning April 1, 2027, with a tentative award date of October 2026.
Evaluation weights are qualifications and experience (35 percent), technical review including scheduling and compliance capabilities (30 percent), cost (30 percent), and references (5 percent).
