All fence posts must be mounted in soil and cemented for solid bonding. Privacy slats with grass finish are required; insulation color is to be determined at the site visit. Work must be completed within 14 days of award, conducted between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, while maintaining the occupied residential facility's safety and minimizing disruption to residents and staff.

This is a NYS Public Works project; prevailing wages per PRC number 2026007724 (effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026) are mandatory. Questions are due in writing within two business days of the site visit (by April 17, 2026); responses will be provided to all attendees by April 22, 2026.
