Stateville CC Dietary Fryer

The state and local contracting opportunity is for the purchase of gas floor fryers and associated components for the dietary operations at the Stateville Correctional Center in Will County, Illinois. The Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) is issuing a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to solicit bids for 8 Solstice Gas Floor Fryers, Dormont Blue Hose Moveable Gas Connector Kits, Skimmers, and Fryer Brushes. The items are to be delivered to the Stateville Correctional Center, with a contract term from the date of final signature through June 30, 2021. Vendors must be registered in the Illinois Procurement Gateway and provide the required certifications prior to submitting a bid. Bids will only be accepted electronically through the BidBuy platform or via email, as the Illinois Chief Procurement Office has implemented new measures to limit personal contact and ensure safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The procurement is funded through the IDOC's Repair and Maintenance budget for Fiscal Year 2021, and the total BOA value is not specified. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond, and no incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed. The procurement does not require integration with any existing infrastructure or technology.
