Certifications cover legal entity status, debarment and suspension eligibility, criminal history, educational loan defaults, pension incentive restrictions, collective bargaining obligations, environmental violations, procurement ethics, tax compliance, drug-free workplace standards, equal employment opportunity, cybersecurity directives, political contribution restrictions, domestic product preferences, steel product manufacturing standards for public works contracts where applicable, lead poisoning prevention, forced labor and child labor prohibitions on foreign-made equipment, information technology accessibility standards, and employment posting obligations on IllinoisJobLink.com.
