The State of Nevada, Office of the Military (Nevada Army National Guard) is requesting bids for comprehensive pest control and nuisance wildlife management services at four Southern Nevada facility complexes totaling approximately 404,422 square feet, with bids due October 9, 2026 at 6:00 PM via NevadaEPRO.

The scope encompasses semiannual preventive maintenance visits (two per twelve-month period) at the Floyd Edsall Training Center, Speedway Readiness Center, Anthony Cometa Complex, and Henderson Armory. Services include interior and exterior inspections, monitoring, trapping, baiting, treatment, removal, and minor exclusion work for ants, cockroaches, rodents, spiders, scorpions, and wildlife, plus as-needed emergency response. All personnel must be trained and properly licensed under Nevada pesticide, safety, environmental, and wildlife regulations and must use integrated pest management practices. Work is performed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday rates apply for as-needed services.

The contract term extends four years through June 30, 2030. Pricing must be submitted separately for each complex by fiscal year (FY27–FY30) for semiannual services, plus hourly rates (including overtime, holiday, and drive/travel time) and material markup percentages reflecting inflation.

Contractors must hold a current Nevada Business License and Nevada Contractors License (if applicable); maintain Commercial General Liability ($2 million general aggregate), Commercial Auto ($1 million combined single limit), and Workers' Compensation insurance with the State named as additional insured; complete Nevada Vendor Registration and NVARNG Personal Security Questionnaire background clearance; and comply with Nevada environmental policies and federal regulations if federal funding is utilized.
