Uplift intends to award multiple contracts to qualified vendors to ensure competitive pricing, supply continuity, service accessibility, and parent choice.

The scope encompasses polo shirts, Oxford shirts, pants, shorts, skirts, skorts, jackets, outerwear, PE uniforms, belts, accessories, and staff apparel with campus-specific branding, colors, and designs. Required services include campus-specific garment production with school logos via embroidery, online shopping portal capabilities, bilingual customer service, inventory management with minimum stock commitments beginning May 31, 2027, multi-channel customer support, 30-day return accommodations for damaged items, and quality control. Vendors must accept purchase orders, honor tax-exempt status, accommodate emergency orders, and provide blanket order capabilities with guaranteed price hold terms. Uniforms must be available for fitting and purchase by May 31, 2027. Vendors must obtain liability insurance, provide proof of Automobile Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage, and comply with background check requirements for personnel with student contact. K-12 uniform experience, references, W-9 forms, and conflict-of-interest disclosures are required.

The contract term runs March 1, 2027 through February 29, 2028, with two optional one-year renewals at Uplift Education's discretion. Payment terms are net 30 days upon receipt of correct invoices referencing applicable purchase orders.

Evaluation criteria are purchase price (30 points), quality (20 points), fit to needs (25 points), reputation (10 points), vendor location and employment (10 points), and past relationship (5 points). The anticipated award date is December 2026. Pricing proposals must include all costs for goods and services, including base fees, unit pricing, labor and service charges, delivery and freight, implementation and setup fees, and optional services; vendors must identify any costs excluded from proposed pricing.
