About this opportunity
This state contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) to procure the "Bright Track" compliance training system from Brighton Training Group. ISBE is seeking to purchase access (license) to various training modules covering USDA child nutrition programs including the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), National School Lunch Program (NSLP), and National School Breakfast (NSB). The training modules are required to meet USDA regulations and guidelines, and be developed in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Section 508. The contract term is from the date of execution through September 30, 2022, with a total estimated cost of approximately $101,000 for the license fee and selected training modules. Vendors must provide pricing for the license/access to 3,000 uses as well as for each individual training module, and assurance that the training content complies with USDA requirements.
ISBE is encouraging Small Business Enterprise (SBE) vendors to respond to this opportunity. The agency reserves the right to reject all offers, award by item or group of items, and waive minor defects. No information is provided about any incumbent vendors or current contractors, or any existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The RFQ does not specify a budget range, but notes that the total estimated cost is approximately $101,000.
