RFP for GBCS School Pictures

The Grand Blanc Board of Education has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for school picture services in Genesee County, Michigan. The procurement seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive school photography services for the district, with specific details available by contacting the district office at (810) 591-6015. Proposals must be submitted to the Grand Blanc Community Schools Administration Building located at 11920 S. Saginaw, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48439, with a strict deadline of 3:30 pm local time on Monday, November 10th, 2025. The RFP requires interested vendors to prepare and submit detailed proposals outlining their approach to school picture services, though the specific evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed in the available documentation. The Board reserves significant discretion in the procurement process, including the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to a bidder who may not necessarily be the lowest proposer.

No specific set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or incumbent vendor information are provided in the current documentation. The RFP does not specify a budget range or potential contract value for the school picture services. While the Board has outlined a clear submission process and location, no additional details are available regarding technical requirements, integration specifications, or preferred vendor characteristics. The procurement appears to be an open competitive process that allows multiple vendors to submit proposals for school picture services. The Board's retained rights suggest a flexible approach to vendor selection, prioritizing quality and suitability over strictly financial considerations.
