Compensation is structured as a revenue-sharing model with the vendor paying Henry County a percentage of gross sales (excluding state sales tax) on a bi-weekly basis, accompanied by verified sales reports. The initial contract term is one year from execution, with options for two additional one-year renewals; renewal decisions occur 60 days prior to expiration.
Evaluation weighs qualifications and relevant experience (35 points), experience and availability of key staff (25 points), methodology and technical approach (35 points), and cost proposal (5 points), with possible additional points if an oral presentation is requested. Proposals may be submitted by mail, common carrier, in person, or electronically through the County's eProcurement Portal; emailed or faxed submissions will not be considered.
