Qualified field personnel capable of RATA and emissions compliance testing are required; bidders must submit a list of facilities where RECLAIM testing was performed within the past three years with valid contact information.

The contract term is up to five years from effective date. The current contract expires February 17, 2027. Pricing is fixed-price via a detailed bid worksheet submitted through the LAWA Bonfire portal; payment terms are Net 30 days unless the bidder offers a discount of 25 days or more, which will be considered in evaluation. Price adjustments may be requested after the first contract year with documented cost-increase evidence. LAWA reserves the right to award to a single bidder or split awards among multiple bidders. Questions are due September 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Bid results are anticipated by October 7, 2026, with notice of intent to award by October 21, 2026.
