About this opportunity
A Florida county has issued a Request for Information (RFI) due August 3, 2026 to determine whether PageDNA Cloud-based Software is available from multiple providers or whether comparable alternatives exist, in advance of a potential sole-source or sole-brand procurement designation.
This is not a pricing request or purchase commitment. The county seeks to establish whether vendors other than Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA can meet or exceed the specified requirements, or whether the PageDNA solution itself qualifies for sole-source treatment. Prospective vendors may respond through the electronic bidding system with documentation demonstrating that their commodity or service is comparable, available from multiple suppliers, and meets the county's needs. Vendors may also contest the sole-source designation.
The RFI addresses cloud-based software that integrates with the county's current AccurioPro Flux system to automate print-job workflows. Required capabilities include job submission via JDF/JMF, API, and hot-folder automation; automated print-job intake from online ordering and customer portals; web-to-print storefront creation with customizable templates; metadata transfer to production workflows; multi-site production routing; and customer visibility into job status and correspondence.
The questionnaire requires detailed responses on integration with AccurioPro Flux Premium, feature equivalency to PageDNA, cost-center integration, and any limitations or dependencies. Vendors must identify whether they hold copyright or licensing rights for their solution and clarify whether additional software licenses are required for Flux Premium integration.
The Director of Purchasing retains sole authority to decide whether the designation qualifies as sole source or sole brand and to determine comparable commodities or services. All submitting vendors will be notified of the director's decision through the electronic bidding system; this decision is not subject to objection, protest, or appeal.
