About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) document issued by a Florida county to determine the availability of PageDNA Cloud-based Software from multiple providers or identify comparable alternatives. The RFI specifically addresses Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA's PageDNA Cloud-based Software, which enables workflow automation to reduce manual print job setups at supported controllers. The software integrates with the county's current AccurioPro Flux system and supports job submission workflows including JDF/JMF, API, and hot folder automation. Key capabilities include automated print-job intake from online ordering and customer portals, metadata transfer to production workflows, web-to-print storefront creation with customizable templates, multi-site production routing, and customer visibility into job status and correspondence. The RFI remains posted until the closing date and invites prospective vendors to provide information regarding their ability to meet or exceed the county's requirements or to submit documentation contesting the sole source designation. This is not a request for pricing or a purchase commitment.
The Director of Purchasing retains sole authority to decide whether the designation qualifies as a sole source or sole brand and to determine what commodities or services are comparable. All submitting vendors will be notified of the purchasing director's decision through the electronic bidding system, and this decision is not subject to objection, protest, or appeal. Vendors capable of meeting the county's requirements should respond through the electronic bidding system and upload supporting documentation to demonstrate that their commodity or service is comparable, available from multiple suppliers, and meets the specified needs.
