Bid security equal to ten percent of the total bid amount must accompany offers. Performance and payment bonds each equal to 100 percent of the awarded contract value are required. The project start is 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion in 60 calendar days and final completion in 120 calendar days. No liquidated damages apply. First-tier subcontractors with work valued at $15,000 or more (or $350,000 regardless of percentage) must be disclosed on a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form with the bid or within two working hours after closing.
