About this opportunity

The City of Clearwater is soliciting sealed bids for new and unused residential plastic refuse and recycling containers, with bids due November 12, 2026.

The scope includes residential plastic refuse containers and matching recycling containers supplied to designated City locations. Containers must comply with specifications depicted in sample images (Exhibit A) and marked with refuse and recycling logos (Exhibits B and C), a refuse lid stamp (Exhibit D), and recycling in-mold lid labels (Exhibit E). The bid documents establish performance standards for delivery, installation support, and warranty provisions.

Bidders must submit unit pricing for refuse and recycling containers; total project costs will be calculated based on required quantities.
