About this opportunity

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District ("District") is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified professional firms to provide recruitment services in order to expedite the hiring process for executive level, professional and general full-time vacancies. The intent of the Invitation to Negotiate ("ITN") is to contract with several recruiting firms that provide high quality, expedient services while delivering qualified candidates for the District to consider at a competitive cost per recruitment. The District operates under a Board-Administrator form of government with a five-member Board of Supervisors, appointed by the Governor, and employs a staff of approximately 400 across various departments. The District experiences vacancies annually in hard-to-fill positions such as department director, key executive positions, professional positions, administrative positions, or technical positions due to retirement, resignation or creation of new positions. The ITN allows the District to evaluate different methods of recruiting and the cost to engage recruiting firms that match the District's needs.

The District has bid preferences for local vendors, veteran small businesses, and opportunity zone businesses on most solicitations as outlined in its Procurement Policy. While no incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed, the ITN is intended to establish an open-ended contract with multiple recruiting firms that can be utilized on an as-needed basis. Specific award values or budget ranges were not provided in the information available.
