The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking bids for the Range Road Repaving project located at Fort Indiantown Gap in Lebanon County. This standard low-bid procurement involves comprehensive roadway infrastructure improvements, including replacing two 42" culvert pipes with HDPE and flared end sections, replacing a 72" culvert pipe with HDPE and two type DW endwalls, and installing rip rap aprons. The project requires full-depth removal and repaving of approximately 140,000 square feet of paving materials, including subbase and base course installation, tack coat application, and wearing course placement. Additional scope includes full depth removal of a concrete tank pad, crack sealing, milling existing paving materials, and completing line painting for crosswalks and road markings.
