About this opportunity

The Clayton County Water Authority is requesting bids for quarry products delivered under an annual contract with a twelve-month performance period, with proposals due August 18, 2026.

All contractors must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act (O.C.G.A. 13-10-91) and complete a notarized Contractor Affidavit and Agreement Form prior to contract award. Contractors with eleven or more employees must register with and maintain federal E-Verify work authorization throughout the contract period. Bidders must submit a notarized Non-Collusion Certificate and a Certification of Absence of Conflict of Interest attesting that they have not engaged in collusive practices, price-fixing, or anticompetitive conduct and have no material transactions or relationships that could create conflicts. Bidders must also complete a Vendor Information Form documenting company information, payment terms and method preferences (NET 30 standard, available via check or ACH), and applicable business classifications including Small Local Business Enterprise, Women Business Enterprise, Minority Business Enterprise, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, other Small Business Enterprise designations, or Veteran-Owned Business status. Vendor name on the Vendor Information Form must match exactly with the W-9 Form and invoicing name.

Bidders must submit at least three references from separate, independent entities with similar experience within the past five years, including company or government entity name, contact person, email address, and phone number.
