The county reserves the right to evaluate proposed equivalents; samples must be provided within five business days of request at the supplier's expense. The desired delivery timeframe is 14 to 21 days or less from the time of order.
The contract includes an initial one-year term and four one-year renewal options. Pricing must remain firm for the initial term; percentage increases or decreases for renewals are permitted with supporting explanations.
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
