About this opportunity
The Town of Frisco and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) are soliciting competitive bids for comprehensive Property Management Services for the Residences at Granite Park, a 22-residential unit development located in Colorado. The procurement seeks a qualified property management company to provide full property management and maintenance services, initially working with the Town and CDOT and subsequently with the future homeowners' association. Key objectives include managing the entire residential complex, maintaining common areas, and ensuring proper operational oversight of the development. The Request for Proposals (RFP) was posted on November 7, 2024, with proposals due by December 7, 2024. Potential bidders are advised to review the complete project documentation, which includes a comprehensive project plan set available via a Google Drive link provided in the RFP questions and answers document. While specific evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed in the available documentation, the procurement appears to prioritize comprehensive property management expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with municipal and state entities.
The contract opportunity does not explicitly specify set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged business enterprises based on the provided documentation. No information about incumbent vendors or current contractors was included in the available materials. The procurement does not outline a specific budget range or award value for the property management services. The project involves a unique partnership between the Town of Frisco and CDOT, suggesting a potential multi-year management arrangement for the newly developed 22-unit residential complex. Additional details about the specific qualifications required, proposed contract duration, or precise scope of services would likely be found in the full RFP documentation, which interested parties are encouraged to review thoroughly. The project represents a collaborative approach to property management involving municipal and state-level government entities in the development and ongoing maintenance of a residential property.
