The Cherokee County School District (CCSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to upgrade the projection screen equipment at Creekview High School and install Epson projectors at five school locations under the Brighter Futures Program. The successful proposer(s) will be assigned to a specific school location as determined by CCSD. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on February 21, 2024, where proposers can inspect the facilities and assess existing conditions. All proposals are due by March 7, 2024, with questions to be submitted through the Bonfire Message Center.
The contract may be awarded to multiple proposers, and CCSD reserves the option to assign selected schools to the successful vendor(s). The procurement does not appear to have any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. However, the incumbent vendor is not specified. The total award value for this contract is not provided, but it is funded through an undisclosed source as part of the Brighter Futures Program.
