The initial contract term begins July 1, 2026 for 12 months with options for up to two additional one-year renewals upon mutual agreement, provided either party gives 60 days' written notice of termination. Delivery terms are FOB Destination with vendor-specified payment terms. Bidders must submit a notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit and notarized references from at least three comparable municipal water or wastewater treatment facilities.
