All employees must be compensated in accordance with applicable laws, and the contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and software. Ownership of all data, material, and documentation created under the agreement belongs exclusively to Greenwood County. The solicitation does not disclose specific award values or budget ranges. Greenwood County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, terminate for default or convenience, and waive informalities at its sole discretion.
