While no specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises are explicitly mentioned, contractors must submit E-Verify certification and various state-mandated forms. The project involves expanding the existing landfill gas extraction and control infrastructure at the Perdido Landfill in Cantonment, Florida, which will require integration with current systems.
