The project incorporates Section 106 consultation requirements and formal review periods involving the National Guard Bureau divisions A4FR and A4VN, the Contracting Officer's Representative, Oregon SHPO, and federally recognized Tribes.
The contract is structured as a fixed-price arrangement with payment tied to deliverable milestones. The anticipated contract term is twelve months from notice to proceed, with potential extensions based on field conditions and resource availability.
