Required insurance coverage includes Commercial General Liability with a General Aggregate limit of $2,000,000, Products-Completed Operations Aggregate of $1,000,000, Personal and Advertising Injury of $1,000,000, and Each Occurrence limits of $1,000,000, as well as Automobile Liability with a Combined Single Limit of $1,000,000 and Workers' Compensation coverage at statutory limits. The solicitation documents do not identify a specific budget range or award value; vendors must submit pricing using the provided cost schedule template, which requires standard hourly rates for weekday business hours and non-standard rates for evening and early morning hours, along with travel charges and material costs capped at actual cost plus 20 percent markup.
