The required accessories include a control box, trim gauge, tachometer gauge, harnesses, key switch panel, binnacle control mount, electronic shifting, fuel gauge, and a minimum of two propellers. Quotations are due by 4:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, and must be submitted through the State's Advantage "Vendor Self Service" (VSS) electronic procurement system. Pricing must be provided on a "Free on Board (FOB) - Destination" basis, and the State reserves the right to consider factors other than just the low price, such as past performance, when making the award decision.
The State is exempt from paying federal, state, and local taxes, and bidders should exclude these taxes from their quotes. The contract will be awarded to the bidder providing the best value to the State. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond, and no incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed. The State has not provided a budget range for this procurement.
