Contractors must provide documentation of comparable projects completed within the last 20 years, including specific experience with pole-mounted light installation and lighting control software implementation.
The solicitation includes a Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) participation goal of 25% of the contract value, requiring bidders to either meet this goal or demonstrate good faith efforts toward achievement. The project has a substantial completion timeline of 60 consecutive calendar days and final completion within 90 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. The estimated project cost is $236,534.00, with liquidated damages provisions of $500 per day for substantial completion delays and $250 per day for final completion delays.
