Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is requesting quotes for installation of twenty-five Tayco brand Cosmo style cubicles at its Cleveland West location in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, with quotes due September 11, 2026.

Formal quotes must include a complete parts list for the twenty-five cubicles, freight costs if applicable, references to any applicable state contract and catalog numbers, and estimated delivery date. A CAD drawing of the Cleveland West facility layout is provided as a technical reference. Bidders must submit responsive quotes that address all specifications and installation requirements outlined in the solicitation documents.

OOD has attached a Preference Certification Statements document that bidders must complete and include with their quotes to demonstrate compliance with applicable state requirements and preferences. The specific set-asides, incumbent contractor status, budget amount, contract term, and evaluation criteria are not detailed in the available documentation. No pre-bid meeting or site visit requirement is specified. Prospective vendors should review the CAD drawing and all attachments carefully when preparing quotes to ensure full responsiveness to the procurement requirements.
