This file consists of a CAD drawing and procurement request from the Ohio Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) agency for cubicle installation and equipment at its Cleveland West location in Cleveland, Ohio 44130. OOD is requesting quotes for the installation of twenty-five (25) Tayco brand Cosmo style cubicles, including a complete parts list for the cubicles and freight costs if applicable. The CAD drawing illustrates the proposed layout of the Cleveland West facility, depicting the cubicle placement within a floor plan that includes multiple offices, interview rooms, a reception area, open work areas, conference room, breakroom, bathrooms, and support spaces such as IT and storage closets. Formal quotes must be submitted and should reference any applicable state contract numbers, catalog numbers, and estimated delivery dates to be deemed responsive.

The procurement does not specify pricing terms, contract award dates, contract term length, or renewal options in the available documentation. No information regarding set-asides, incumbent contractors, site visit requirements, or bidder conferences is provided. Funding source and budget amount are not detailed in the request. Prospective bidders should submit comprehensive quotes that address all installation and material requirements for the twenty-five cubicles to be considered for this opportunity.
