About this file
This is a Preference Certification Statements document prepared for the Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) in Ohio regarding the procurement of twenty-five (25) Tayco brand Cosmo style cubicles for installation at the Cleveland West location. The solicitation requests formal quotes that must include a parts list for the cubicles, freight costs if applicable, state contract references and catalog numbers where available, and estimated delivery dates. Bidders are required to submit responsive quotes that address all specifications and requirements outlined in the request for quotation.
The document establishes certification statements that bidders must acknowledge regarding their qualifications and compliance with applicable state requirements and preferences. These preference certifications are standard documentation used by OOD to ensure that responsive bids meet all eligibility and compliance criteria for state and local contract opportunities in Ohio. The specific pricing terms, set-asides, and funding sources for this cubicle installation project would be detailed in the associated solicitation documents and bid specifications.
