About this opportunity
The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) to procure OneTrust software as part of the State of Texas's IT Commodities program. The objective of this IFB is to secure a vendor to provide the OneTrust software, which will be used by DFPS to manage its enterprise-wide privacy, security, and compliance programs. The IFB requires the proposed OneTrust software to have specific capabilities and functionalities to support DFPS's operational needs. Bids must conform exactly to the brand name, make, and model number specified in the solicitation, and are due by September 23, 2024. The contract term is for one year with four one-year renewal options.
This IFB requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) for bids of $100,000 or more, and the IFB provides links to training resources to assist vendors in completing the HSP. The IFB does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. It is unknown if there is an incumbent vendor, and the IFB does not provide details on DFPS's current OneTrust environment or the estimated contract value. The IFB indicates the contract will be funded through DFPS's annual operating budget, but does not provide a specific budget range.
