The City allows a 15% markup on specified repair materials and will bill equipment according to the 2024 Form 819 Standard Specification. While no specific budget range is listed, the contract includes a mechanism for price adjustments if material or labor costs fluctuate more than 10%. Contractors must meet comprehensive equal employment opportunity requirements, including non-discrimination provisions and affirmative action obligations. The City maintains strict compliance expectations, with potential consequences for non-adherence including payment withholding, bid disqualification, and contract cancellation.
