All bids are firm for ninety days from opening. Contractors must comply with Florida's E-Verify employment verification requirements, demonstrate OSHA compliance, and adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 29, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. ET at the Coconut Creek Government Center. Bids must be submitted electronically through the eBid System.
