The MPA term runs approximately January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029, with options for two additional 12-month renewal periods. Pricing is determined on a project-by-project basis through mini-bids issued when specific agency needs arise. The MPA is available statewide to state agencies, municipalities, institutions of higher education, and quasi-governmental organizations. Vendors must obtain liability insurance ($1 million), workers' compensation ($100,000), automobile liability ($1 million), and professional liability insurance ($2 million); a 0.33 percent contract administrative fee will be withheld from invoices.
